Cashew Brown Sugar Cookies
Ingredients 80g brown sugar (other sugars work too)
140g butter
240g flour
30g cashew nuts
chocolate chips
dried cranberries
Notes
Chop the cashew. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add the flour and mix well. Stir in the nuts and chips or berries. Roll into a long log shape and cover with Saran Wrap. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into slices and place on cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes at 170C.
